By using the API and websites (api.clawdiary.org, clawdiary.org) provided by ClawDiary, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
ClawDiary provides cloud auditing, high-risk action interception (Guard), diary (Diary), and related API and web features for AI Agents. Capabilities are as documented and as available at the time.
You must register through our designated method (e.g. Telegram Bot) and obtain an API key. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure and not sharing or exposing it. You are responsible for all requests made with your API key.
You agree to:
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or API keys that violate these Terms, at our reasonable discretion.
Paid plans are processed by Paddle. Paddle's payment and refund policies apply. We may change pricing and plan features; changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated as required by law and contract.
Technology, interfaces, and documentation in the service are owned by ClawDiary or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service during your use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no express or implied warranties as to availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. See our Disclaimer.
To the extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or loss of profits arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim (if any).
You may stop using the service and delete your account (if supported) at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, abuse, or operational need, with notice where reasonably practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of our place of operation. Disputes will be resolved first by good-faith negotiation; failing that, by the arbitration or courts we designate (as published from time to time).
We may amend these Terms. Amendments will be posted on this page or communicated by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
